By using OceanPDFMaker (this website and its tools), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

OceanPDFMaker provides free, browser-based tools to merge, split, compress, convert, sign, protect, and unlock PDF files. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive or store your files.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you process and for keeping your own backups — we cannot recover a file you closed the tab on or a password you forgot. You agree to use these tools only on files you own or otherwise have the legal right to modify, protect, or unprotect. In particular, the Unlock PDF tool is intended only for removing a password from a file where you already know that password (for example, your own document) — not for bypassing protection on a file you are not authorized to access.

No warranty

OceanPDFMaker is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Mind Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or files, arising from your use of this site.
